ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER/ADMIN CUM SALES COORDINATOR
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Dealing with email enquiries or sales enquiries from Social Media
  • Data entry (sales figures, products updates.)
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Management

Requirements:

  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Administrative Assistant top skills & proficiencies:
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
