ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER/ADMIN CUM SALES COORDINATOR
Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries or sales enquiries from Social Media
- Data entry (sales figures, products updates.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Management
Requirements:
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Administrative Assistant top skills & proficiencies:
